Waxing

off course we can do waxing too!

What is waxing?

Waxing is a temporary method of hair removal, used by those who want to be free of hair, but are not in a position to commit to Laser or Electrolysis, for personal reasons.

Why people do waxing?

Hair removal by waxing is safe and effective when performed by experienced OMI staff. The benefit of waxing is that large body areas can be treated during a single office visit. Most body areas can be treated by waxing; However, OMI technologists will not wax areas on the face. You may resume most normal activities immediately after a wax treatment.

How often should I do waxing?

OMI recommends that treatments be repeated every 4 to 6 weeks, since hairs will be at a stage at which the hair follicle is moist and easier to lift.

Is it painful?

The first treatment may be the most sensitive since the hair is in different cycles of growth and is often long and coarse. Treatments become less sensitive when received on a regular basis.

How it can be improved?

OMI recommends that you consider the Laser systems and Hair Retardant Active Enzyne with Electrolysis as options to ongoing waxing treatments.

How can I begin?

Please contact our office for a consultation. During your consultation, we will answer your questions and discuss a customized course of treatment for you. There is no charge or obligation for this consultation.
